Hollywood Hills Modern Revival – Addition & Remodel
This Modern, single-story residence in the Hollywood Hills was reimagined through a thoughtful addition and complete remodel. The original configuration placed a modest side entry away from the property’s sweeping hillside views, limiting its presence and natural flow. The renovation revitalized the Entry with greater volume and light, turning it into a welcoming focal point.
The project expanded and modernized the Master Suite and bedrooms, while also upgrading the kitchen and all shared living spaces to suit a contemporary lifestyle. Large windows and clean interior lines highlight the surrounding views, while the open design emphasizes light, proportion, and comfort.
This transformation was the result of a successful collaboration between the architectural team, Pique Design (Interior Designers), and GGCI (Builders), blending architectural precision, interior elegance, and quality construction into a cohesive and enduring home.
